Under the influence of the sun, the skin acquires a brownish color after just a few days. The sun is strong enough here not only in summer but also in late spring and autumn.   • You should spend in the sun up to 6 hours a day. This time should be shorter for young children
  • You should not sunbathe during the hottest parts of the day, i.e. at noon, when the sun is at its strongest
  • You must absolutely protect your head with a cap, hat or a handkerchief
  • When walking in sunny places, it is best to wear airy clothes made of natural fabrics
  • You should sunbathe gradually, a little each day, to get your skin accustomed to the sun
  • It is necessary to use sunscreen creams and oils that protect against harmful solar radiation. It is important to rub them into the skin several times a day and, above all, always after swimming in the sea.
