France is a country that is at the forefront of the world in terms of economy. It is divided into 22 regions and 96 European departments. It also has departments outside the European continent (Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique). All these regions differ in terms of tourism, but they are all very attractive – so there is a lot to choose from and where to go on vacation. The most interesting and most visited regions by tourists are:

  • French Riviera
  • French alps
  • central rance (Paris)
  • Loire Valley
  • Normandy
  • Brittany
  • Provence Paris, the Cote d’Azur and the Alps are probably known to everyone and are the most visited by tourists.

However, it is worth going on a holiday to the Loire Valley for a change, where we can admire and visit majestic castles, of which there are about a hundred. The picturesque monasteries are also worth visiting, and there are many of them in this region. Another region that we often forget about in our holiday plans is Provence, especially attractive in the spring and summer season. At that time, numerous lavender fields that look simply captivating bloom. We often forget northern France as well, and it is just as great and unique: beautiful cliffs, wonderful harbors, fishing villages, all surrounded by a little wild and raw nature.
