In turn, the northern coast and the center of the country are then cooler by about 5-10 degrees. Here, temperatures of 5-7 degrees Celsius are maintained. Particularly in central France, frosts can also occur at this time and reach the east of the country. On the other hand, in the Alps, negative temperatures in February are something completely normal and in cooler years they can reach even around 10 degrees below zero.
