September in Bulgaria is the herald of the upcoming fall. Although sometimes it is still very sunny and relatively warm, it is difficult to determine in advance what the weather will be like in September in a given year. Average temperatures in September range from 15-23 ‘C during the day and 8-15’ C at night. The water temperature drops very quickly and is then 20’C.

What to take with you?

When going to Bulgaria in September, we have to pack a whole range of clothes in our suitcase. Starting with the light ones, which will be useful for us when the sun shines stronger, through warmer sweaters and sweatshirts, and ending with raincoats and coats. It is also worth taking comfortable shoes, an umbrella and a map of Bulgaria. So prepared, we will surely spend our September vacation in Bulgaria in a nice and quiet way.
