June in Bulgaria should welcome us with sunshine, although clouds and rain are still possible. However, they should not last too long, so we should not worry that the rain will spoil our holiday. There are so many interesting places to see in Bulgaria that even the biggest rain shouldn’t spoil our mood. Walking, visiting monuments, numerous nature parks, and a dolphinarium are just some of the many attractions that await us in this interesting country. Local hotels compete in organizing cultural events, exhibitions, games and discos. Many hotels offer swimming pools, saunas, massages and much more.

Bulgaria is under the influence of a mild-temperate climate, which makes it pleasantly warm and relatively dry in the summer months. Air temperatures are 23 ‘C during the day and 15’ C at night. Rainfall is less frequent and, most importantly, less abundant. Most of them are recorded in the northern part of the country, so in the eastern part, where tourists most often stop, there are many sunny and cloudless days in June.

What to do in June?

If we are lucky, in June we can even have a whole sunny holiday and really warm. Then we will not have the slightest problem in organizing our time. You can walk along the beautiful beaches, sunbathe in the rays of the ever-stronger sun, as well as sail by ship or sailboat. The brave ones can try their hand at diving, you can sign up for an accelerated course and, under the watchful eye of an experienced diver, plunge into the depths of the Black Sea. June is also an ideal time to visit numerous monuments, and we should start them by visiting the Rila Monastery. A former religious center, today it serves mainly as a museum, it will enchant you with its splendor and grandeur.
